Exclude Yourself or Opt out of the Settlement Class |
If you asked to be excluded from the Class, you will not get any payment from the Settlement Fund pursuant to the Settlement and you could not have objected to the Settlement. To exclude yourself, you had to send a letter saying that you want to be excluded from the Class. The deadline to exclude yourself has passed. |
Object to the Settlement |
If you are a Class Member and did not exclude yourself, you had the opportunity to tell the Court that you objected to (or disagreed with) all or part of the Settlement, Plan of Distribution, and/or Plaintiffs’ Counsel’s request for an award of attorneys’ fees, reimbursement of expenses, and/or Case Contribution Awards to Plaintiffs. However, the deadline to object has passed. |

If you believed that the amount shown as being owed to you was incorrect or you otherwise wished to dispute the amount of your Individual Settlement Payment, you had to submit a dispute in writing to the Settlement Administrator along with your supporting evidence. However, the deadline to dispute has passed. |
